Please read these Terms and Conditions before using our services operated by Spanish Fly Ride. Your access to and use of the service is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access the service.

Terms

• You agree to book your own flights to Alicante or Valencia airport.
• You agree to supply your own riding gear, eg: Helmet gloves boots and other apparel appropriate to using the service.
• You agree to supply your own personal injury insurance.
• You agree to buy fuel for the bike(s) you will be using for the duration of the service

Exclusions

• Food and drink is not included
• Deposit is to be 50% of the total and is to be paid 28 days prior to your holiday start date
• Deposit is non refundable

Guests

Guests must be 23 years or older and have held a full motorcycle licence for a minimum of 3 years.

Insurance

Guests are covered for Third Party Insurance only. Personal Injury Insurance is obligatory. We suggest you visit flexicover.co.uk for your insurance needs.

Responsibility

Motorcycles are generally safe vehicles to use, however when encountering unforseen circumstances they can become a danger, for example: pilot error, other road users, obstacles on the road (such as grit, rocks, potholes, animals, etc.).  The rider is in control of each bike therefore we CANNOT be held responsible for any accidents.

The motorcycles we use are maintained to a high standard and safety is paramount for your holiday but you must check over the motorcycle yourself before each ride to ensure that the bike is in good working order. Things to check include: brakes, tyres, chain and sprockets, suspension, mirrors and lights, etc.

We do not wish to put a negative angle on this trip but these are real factors that you should read and consider carefully because we want everyone to come and enjoy this amazing holiday without any issues.
